Just a quick thankyou for making my Mum's birthday extra special in Darwin on 7 June. I remember her telling me she was going and I thought to myself I hope nanny goes. She did. The C name is Carmel-my mum's confirmation name (she felt funny because everyone was looking apparently). Before my nanna's strokes she promised she would teach me knitting after my 8th birthday. Yep, she dislikes my grandad a whole lot from what I recall. Nanna does hang around my Mum a bit, she lets her know. Mum was upset when her cousin Johnny died recently, she felt bad and had fond memories of him when she was younger- only family would know that. Thank you again, you are doing a wonderful and remarkable service.

Hello Charmaine,

Back in February this year you did a reading for me and my son Ashleigh who was paraplegic in life came through, it was the most beautiful reading and I was so happy with it, during the reading you asked me if butterflies were symbolic for me as I was surrounded by butterflies they were everywhere, I dont know if you remember this as you read so many people. I just wanted to share with you what happened to me and where the symbol of the butterfly for me began.

After my husband had died and I was left alone to make decisions regarding Ashleigh it was very hard for me. Ashleigh had decided he wanted to try to be independant and wanted to live in supported accomodation, I was beside myself not knowing whether to let him go or not. I had been stressing over it for days. Anyway this one day I went into the back yard to lie in the sun and read my book, it was a book of short spiritual stories. I had just finished one story and went to turn the page when a black and yellow butterfly landed on my finger, it stayed there for about 5 minutes and seemed to just be looking at me, I tried to shake it off and it wouldnt go I thought how strange that it landed on my finger when it had the whole back yard full of trees and bushes to land. Eventually the butterfly flew off and I went back to read my book. I turned the page and the very next story was about a woman who could no longer look after her disabled child and she had to place him in a home. She was so upset and didnt know if she was doing the right thing.

She was taking her son to the home to see if it was a nice place, when they got into the locked car in a locked up garage there was a black and yellow butterfly inside the car, she wound all the windows down but the butterfly stayed with her the entire trip. As she turned into the driveway of the home where she was thinking of placing her son, there was a large sign with the name of the home and their symbol was (you guessed it) a black and yellow butterfly. I was overwhelmed and couldnt speak for crying, I was just so happy, I knew the butterfly on my finger was telling me my son would be fine and he went into the housing and he was fine.

I know you are a very busy person but I really wanted to share that story with you because I know you would understand how powerful this incident was for me.

Hi Charmaine,

I just wanted to express how thankful and grateful I am that I was guided to your "Up Close and Personal" on Saturday and that my husband and soul mate Dennis came through.

It has changed my life and my childrens, we are starting to see through the fog of our Grief now, when I told them about how he was showing you his dance and that he was ok for us to do what ever we wished with his ashes and also happy for us to keep cruising around with them( which is what we have been doing since they were passed onto us, we have taken them with us everywhere, they were in the car on saturday :) )

And how you expressed his opinion of the painting which was done of him by a friend that has really made us laugh as we knew exactally what he would have thought of it and true to what we knew you reinforced it for us.

You are truely amaizing and I am doing what he asked you to tell me and get stuck into painting some rooms in a few weeks that I had been putting off.

I feel so much more at peace knowing he is with us and is ok since he passed over

I can't Thankyou enough

love and light to you and yours

love

Rachel
